I wanted to share something with those of you that believe in the Oracular Power of the Dice. The idea behind it is rather than creating a character concept and then rolling the dice to see what you get, I'm suggesting that you try rolling the dice and then make a PC out of what you've rolled. It's a 12-step process to creating a PC quickly.

WARNING: This is only for the most adventurous and creative among you.

12 Step Character Creation Process
1 Roll ability scores in order (4d6, drop lowest)
2 Roll on Table 1 to determine alignment
3 Roll on Table 2 to determine class
4 Roll for hit points (adding your CON bonus)
5 Roll on Table 3 for 2 primes in addition to your class prime
6 Roll on Table 4 for one innate ability; ignore rolls that land on non-primes
7 Roll on Tables 5A & 5B for armor & shield
8 Consult Table 6 for weapons; choose if necessary
9 Consult Table 7 for starting gear and coins
10 Roll on Table 8 for motivation
11 Choose personality traits
12 Consult me regarding spells or spell-like choices if necessary

I've posted the tables on rapidshare here:
http://rapidshare.com/files/419023664/Legio_PC_Creation.xlsx

If the spreadsheet isn't there anymore, email me and I'll send it to you.

Enjoy!

Cetacano

STR 9 DEX 16 CON 13 INT 11 WIS 14 CHA 15

Cetacano is a wizard with lightning reflexes obsessed with finding an mythical relic.

This took about 7 minutes to roll up. Still haven't done spells, but everything else was complete.

Perhaps he was a mediocre scholar who read about an incredibly powerful artifact from a mythical, prehistoric time. He's convinced that it lay beneath the Asturan Mountains and is determined to find it. With the 3 spells he has at his disposal, he's about to make his way into the world and try his luck.
